The Circle Group will soon be commencing work at the new Hard Rock Hollywood Hotel and Casino expansion in Hollywood, FL. The project consists of a new 36 story guitar shaped tower along with a new 7 story pool tower. The project is with Suffolk/Yates JV and promises to truly be a one of kind signature project.
Icon Buckhead is a new 35 story apartment project in Atlanta with Gilbane Construction. It is very similar in size and design and to the recently completed Icon-Midtown project as both projects have the same design team and owner. It promises to be another iconic high rise in the ever-expanding Buckhead area of Atlanta.
1200 Broadway is a new 22 story mixed use apartment, office, retail project located on historic Broadway Street in Nashville, TN. It will contain over 300 luxury apartments with office space, retail and a Whole Foods store located on the 1st Floor. Turner Construction is the client.
